1oz of LiDestri Recipe 21 Vodka
1oz of Finger Lakes Coffee
1oz of Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Andy’s Candies Chocolate Bar for garnish
Drizzle chocolate syrup in glass. Combine vodka, coffee, and liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Take a strainer, and pour into martini glass. Grate Andy’s Candies chocolate bar on top and enjoy!
Kelly Scott from Get Caked Bakery shares her Guinness Chocolate Cake and a whisky chocolate ganache – perfect that bottle of Iron Smoke in our Chocolate Decadence Basket.
Guinness Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
3 cups AP flour
2tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup Guiness Stout beer
1 cup water
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup canola oil
Add all ingredients into the bowl. Mix slowly until incorporated, scrape the bowl, then mix on high speed for 1 minute. Once batter is smooth bake in greased 8″ cake pans at 300F for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked into the center of the cake.
Whiskey Chocolate Ganache
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup cream or whole milk
1-2 tbsp Iron Smoke whiskey or more to taste
Mix the cream or milk and chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish. Melt in microwave for 50 seconds at a time, stirring in between until chocolate is smooth and not lumpy. Add whiskey to taste and mix until smooth. Drizzle over your favorite foods and drinks!
