Lilah & Jason Pierce

Jason and Lilah Pierce are a father-daughter duo competing together for the first time this year. Lilah, a 19-year-old beginner baker, developed her love for baking through the influence of her mother, aunt, and grandmothers who are all avid bakers themselves. She also draws inspiration from her friend Jaime Villani, owner of Jaime’s Dreams Bakery.

Jason proudly serves as the team’s amateur baked goods eater! 

The duo admires chef Jaime Villani for following her passion, training with some of Rochester’s top pastry chefs, and building a successful bakery from the ground up. Jason and Lilah love cooking and baking for friends and family whenever they can and are excited to be at the beginning of their baking journey.

They also share a meaningful connection to EPI and the Chocolate Ball, which supports EPI and its epilepsy programs. Lilah was diagnosed with epilepsy in the summer of 2025 and is receiving care through Strong. With the support of her family, friends, and medical team, she is doing very well!
