Originally from Conneaut, Ohio, Paul moved to Rochester in 2007—and never looked back! Now living in Brighton’s 12 Corners area, he has built a career rooted in his lifelong passion for food. His love for the culinary world began with his grandfather, Peter Guglielmo, who taught him how to can tomatoes at a young age.

Paul has since turned his passion into a profession, specializing in sauces. He runs a sauce bottling factory, where he develops new recipes and helps grow brands. Mostly self-taught, he has also completed thermal processing school via Cornell University, holds a certificate in the principles of HACCP, and serves as an SQF Practitioner (Safe Quality Food) at his facility.

As a returning Cake Competition judge, Paul is honored to support local charities through his involvement. Beyond food, he is deeply engaged in the Rochester community. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Rochester Rotary, and a Board Member of both Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Rochester and the Rochester Broadway Theatre League. Fun Fact: before diving into the world of sauces, Paul spent 15 years as radio personality with Clear Channel Radio / iHeartMedia!
