Start your evening with a glass of complimentary champagne, a decadent chocolate martini or sample wine from local vineyards. Soda, beer, cocktails are also available.

The Chocolate Cake Competition is the highlight of the evening!
Each year, we invite local pastry chefs to create beautiful masterpieces, inspired by a specific theme. In 2023, our theme is La Dolce Vita and we can’t wait to see – AND TASTE! – what these talented chefs create.
During the Cocktail Reception, take your time to sample each and every chocolate cake while meeting the chefs responsible for these exquisite pieces. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite cakes – one in the beginner category and one in the advanced category. We won’t tell if you need a second sample to make your final decision! Winners will be announced during dinner.
Bid on Silent Auction Items
Browse and bid on the amazing items we’ve secured for the Silent Auction. Family-friendly packages, one-of-a-kind sporting experiences, luxurious self-care options, fine tailoring, couture fashion, and much more! The Silent Auction closes promptly at 9:00 pm with check-out at the end of the evening.
Gold and diamonds and pearls, oh my!
Purchase a beautiful Lotus Bowl from Encore Chocolates for your chance to win a stunning piece of jewelry. One of the boxes contains the winning ticket – can you select the right one? The winner will be provided with redemption information at the end of the evening.
Enter the Cake Pull
The Cake Competition Judging Panel will select ten cakes for the Live Cake Auction at the end of the evening. All other cakes will be raffled off in the cake pull. Just like a wine pull you may have done before, but this time you get chocolate cake! Cakes may be collected at the end of the evening.
