UPDATE 7/7/25: Application has closed for 2025!

Thank you for your interest in EPI’s 2025 Travel Stipend to the largest gathering of epilepsy physicians and patients in the world!

Thanks to the generosity of the Glover-Crask Foundation, EPI is able to offer three stipends of up $3,000 for travel to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA for this event in 2025.

We will be accepting applications from June 24, 2025 – July 6, 2025.

Application Criteria:

• Must have an epilepsy/seizure disorder diagnosis in the family.
• Must live within NYS.
• Must complete all sections of the application including the video/essay.
• Must be able to make your own travel arrangements.
• Must be able to submit all required documentation by December 1, 2025 for reimbursement of eligible travel expenses.

Eligible Travel Expenses:

• Airfare between Sunday, November 9, 20025 to Friday, November 15, 2025
• Hotel Expenses from Sunday, November 9, 2025 to Thursday, November 13, 2025
• Disneyland Tickets for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (only)
• Airport Parking and transportation to/from hotel and airport from Sunday, November 9, 2025 to Friday, November 15, 2025
• EADDL Participation Packs for up to 4 people.
