41st Annual Chocolate Ball
Sponsorship Levels & Benefits
The 41st Annual Chocolate Ball will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2027 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Proceeds benefit EPI and its epilepsy programs & services.
TICKETS & TABLES
Individual Tickets: $250 ($200 Tax Deductible) | Table of Ten: $2,000 ($1,500 Tax Deductible)
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
All sponsors receive acknowledgment through website, social media, event signage, dinner presentation, and printed event program. Exclusive naming opportunity available for Presenting Sponsor. All other naming opportunities subject to multiple commitments.
PRESENTING SPONSOR $25,000
($23,500 TAX DEDUCTIBLE)
- Marketing: Recognition as Presenting Sponsor with name and logo placement in communications preevent, during the event, and post-event.
- Media: Opportunity to participate in pre-event television and radio interviews and a featured article in the Rochester Business Journal.
- Naming Opportunity: Exclusive branded sponsorship of the Cocktail Reception with signature signage, cocktail napkins, and other branded items.

($9,000 TAX DEDUCTIBLE)

- Tickets: Up to two (2) tables of ten
