Chocolate Ball Volunteer Feedback - EPI | Empowering People's Independence

Thank You!

Thank you for volunteering at the Chocolate Ball! We could not host successful events without the assistance of many volunteers and we are grateful for your participation.

We strive to create a positive experience marked by good communication, clear instructions, and good use of volunteers’ time and skills. Having said that, we understand that things don’t always run perfectly and we value your feedback as we continue to refine our processes.

Things were explained clearly to me.

If you disagree, where do you think the process broke down and what could we do differently moving forward?

If not, could you explain why or how you didn't feel valued?

I found it easy to use SignUpGenius.

If you disagree with this statement, could you expand upon what you found challenging?

If not, how could we improve?

Is there anything else you'd like to share with us about your experience?
