Shenanigans at the One Mile!

On Sunday, August 2, 2026, more than 150 participants braved the weather and came out for the 5th Annual Seize the Day: Amer’s Epilepsy Trail Run. Rain commenced the minute the 5K and 10K started and continued through the morning making for lots of puddles, muddy shoes, and loads of fun!

Thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored, and donated to this event. Together, over the last five years, you have helped raise almost $250,000 for EPI and its Epilepsy Services.
