EPI’s Epilepsy Services
For more than 40 years, EPI has been providing epilepsy services to our communities, including education, support, training, advocacy and tailored support to meet the physical, behavioral and social needs of each person we serve.
Summer camp is a time for making new friends, new memories and learning new things. Many of us have fond memories of this time in our lives when we sat around a campfire, tried new activities, participated in new adventures, and made lifelong friends from all over the country and even the world.
Camp EAGR gives children (ages 8-17) with epilepsy and seizure conditions the opportunity to experience this rite-of-passage. Here, they are not different because everyone is dealing with very similar challenges. Campers connect with other children who are “just like me” and soon epilepsy retreats into the background as campers flourish. Quite simple, at Camp EAGR, kids can be kids.
Camp COAST is an social and recreational experience for young adults with epilepsy and I/DD and a great option for Camp EAGR alumni looking to continue the summer camp experience.
