RACE DAY INFORMATION
PARKING & SHUTTLE
A shuttle will run from the parking area to the race start area. Volunteers will be stationed to assist you (look for the purple event t-shirts). Map.
- Cobblestone House Parking (off Douglas Rd.): Reserved for volunteers and accessible vehicles.

CHECK-IN & ONSITE REGISTRATION: 8:00 AM
Check-in and onsite registration will be at the main event/race start area off Canfield Rd. denoted by a purple star on this map.
There is no pre-race packet pick up scheduled. All participants will check in and get their packets starting at 8:00 am on race day at the race start area.

T-SHIRT PICK UP: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
T-shirt pick up will be in the main event/race start area off Canfield Rd. denoted by a purple star on this map. T-shirts will be provided to participants and volunteer. Additional t-shirts will be available onsite for $20.

COURSE MAPS
Both races will start and end at the North Meadow Trail (on Canfield Road, between Pittsford-Mendon Center Road and Douglas Road) and will follow the North Meadow and East Esker trails (dark blue and dark green trails).

WATER STATION FOR 10K ONLY
A water station will be set up in the South Meadow section of the 10K course. No water stations will be available along to 5K course.

All results will be posted here later in the day, after the races.

THANK YOU for helping us make this a great day! We have filled all of our volunteer slots, however, we’ll always take another pair of hands to assist with cheering and post-event clean-up if you would like to help.
