EPI provides progressive, tailored care solutions to children and adults with disabilities. We serve the Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, Western and Central New York regions.

Our services include services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as people with chronic health conditions and medically fragile children and their families.

We offer specialized programs for people who are recovering from brain injuries or stroke.  And for more than 40 years, we have been providing services and expert support to children and adults with epilepsy and seizure disorders.

In the last decade, we have invested in innovative service models that offer individuals with disabilities and their families more flexibility and more choices to access the services they need to improve their health, well-being, independence, and social inclusion.
