Please click here to access the master schedule. FYI – I had to make a few changes and I believe I have reached out to everyone affected. We are fairly well staffed so if you see something slightly off, we can make changes tomorrow.

Having said that, if you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact Jill Johnson and Jen Levey as soon as possible.

Schedule of Events

11:00 am: Guests Arrive
12:00 pm: Brief Program
12:15 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm: Cake & Cookies
1:30 pm: Candy Guesstimation Winners Announcement
2:00 pm: Event concludes and clean up begins

Parking

Parking is available onsite. Please park further away from the shelter, leaving the closer posts for our guests.

Attire

This is a casual event, so please dress comfortably in typical picnic attire. Wear an EPI t-shirt if you have one. We will have extra EPI volunteer t-shirts at the event if you do not have one. If you are in the office on 9/12, stop by the Development Office on the second floor west wing to pick up one. No ripped pants or attire with offensive language. Ball caps and shorts are okay!!

What to Bring

We will have bottled water available throughout the day and the lunch vendor will have beverages available starting at 12:15 pm. These days, mornings are chilly and the days can be hot, so we recommend dressing in layers. You may also want to bring sunblock, bug spray, water, snacks and/or your own lunch if you have special dietary considerations (lunch will be hotdogs, hamburgers, as well as a vegetarian option).
